Condition Labels
Every item is clearly labeled with its condition. Factory sealed, open box, or gently used pieces are clearly marked to ensure you know exactly what you're receiving.
Refund Process
For a full refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. All jewelry and minerals must be returned in their original boxes.
New Again Collection
Items in our New Again collection are pre-owned or open-box. We offer a 14-day return window for these pieces if they don't meet your expectations.
